Located at our downtown Brooklyn office, NADAP is seeking a dynamic leader for Director of our case management and employment services. The program serves an active caseload of 800+ public assistance recipients who have co-occurring disorders including chemical dependency. The successful candidate must be goal oriented and have experience operating performance-based case management and employment programs. The Director is responsible for achieving performance targets through successful management of program operations. Key responsibilities include program execution and evaluation, supervision of mid- and senior level managers, oversight of the quality assurance program, statistical reporting, and development of collaborative relationships with chemical dependency treatment programs, CBOs and government agencies.
